Hurricane Recovery Program

Habitat’s Hurricane Recovery Program is designed for low-income earning residents who own their homes in Lee County. The program covers the cost of rebuilding the homes of eligible homeowners to make them whole. Examples of repairs may include but are not limited to roof repair or replacement, siding, drywall, painting, windows and doors.

Eligibility Requirements

Please be advised that this does not include all requirements for this program and it is subject to change at anytime at the direction of program administrators.

Property owner(s) must be listed as applicant or co-applicant.

Home must be the principal residence.

Household must meet income guidelines. These limits are based on the household income of all residents 18 years and older.

An eligible homeowner must have owned the home pre-Hurricane Ian and the damage(s) to the home must be caused by Hurricane Ian.
