Items Accepted for Donation

Below you will find a list of donations accepted at the ReStore. Please keep in mind not all items accepted meet the size requirement for our free donation pick-up service. However, all accepted items in good sellable condition can be dropped off at any of our 4 ReStore locations. If you have any donation question, please give us a call at (239) 652-0388.

Area Rugs

New and gently used rugs 8ft x 11ft or smaller. Please donate rolled and with size labeled.
NO: wall to wall carpeting, or remnants.

Building Materials

• Electrical hardware

• Drywall (full sheets)
• Grout (unopened)
• Large quantities of lumber (6 ft or longer)
• Pavers

• Plywood
NO: Paint, cut or used wood. Nothing exposed or left out in exterior elements.

• Kitchen cabinets
• Bathroom cabinets and vanities
NO: Rot, mold, water damage, or broken cabinets. Doors must be attached.

Doors

Interior and exterior (standard size only)
NO: Sliding glass, 8ft, or garage doors.

Entertainment

• Home theater equipment (less than five years old)
• Flat screen TV’s (less than five years old)
• Books
NO: Computer equipment, Tube TVs, or other electronics items.

Flooring

• Laminate
• Linoleum
• Tile
• Wood

NO: Anything manufactured in China, broken or used. Must be more than 100 Sq. ft.

NO: Stained, torn, broken, peeling, moldy, or pet-damaged furniture. No mattresses/box-springs, entertainment centers, armoires, or Murphy beds.

• Boxes of nails, screws, nuts, and misc. hardware

• Door knobs/deadbolts
• Cabinet pulls

NO: Rusted, loose, or missing parts.

Home Exterior

• New insulation
• Hurricane impacted windows

NO: Used gutters or windows non-hurricane proof.

• Exercise equipment (less than 5 years old and in working condition)

NO: Clothes, children’s items, valances, draperies, and unframed mirrors

NO: Florescent light bulbs, broken items, or in need of repairs. All lighting and ceiling fans must be in working condition with all parts and mounting brackets included.
