Heritage Heights

Heritage Heights, a planned community, will rise from its 24-acre site between Gladiolus Drive and Summerlin Road in south Fort Myers with 150 single-family homes, the first 12 scheduled for completion in 2021.

The neighborhood is strategically designed to improve the quality of life for residents by focusing on education, health and wellbeing, access to public resources, and economic opportunities.

The three- and four-bedroom designs will range from 1,250 to 1,500 square feet with amenities that promote social cohesion and community building.
