Carolina Cove

The Carolina Cove property is a seven-plot piece of land spanning the West and South sides of Greyhound Alley in Bonita Springs. Planned for the construction of seven Twin-Villa homes, this neighborhood will house 14 Bonita Springs families in need of a hand-up.

The neighborhood is located off Carolina Street, which is situated East of US 41 and North of Bonita Beach Rd. Each of the 14 units will offer homeowners just over 1,200 Sq. Ft. of living space, including 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There will also be a garage, a lanai and a front porch.

The Homeowner’s Association (HOA) community will offer independence and self-reliance to homeowners. Carolina Cove is conveniently located near downtown Bonita Springs with easy access to businesses, banks, churches, a school, a library and LeeTran public transportation stops.

With the help of donors and volunteers, we began construction Winter 2024.
