MONEY:

There are many ways you can send a monetary donation to Habitat for Humanity of Lee County. Delivering cash or mailing a check is a common method, but you can also give to Habitat online with your credit card or through a checking/savings account. Another idea is to transfer stock into Habitat for Humanity of Lee County’s name. If you have any questions on how you can safely send or transfer a donation, please call Habitat for Humanity of Lee County at 239-652-0434 ext: 1215.

LABOR:
Perhaps the most popular image of the Habitat supporter is that of a hard hat wearing, hammer wielding volunteer. Volunteer construction labor is, of course, extremely important to Habitat’s work. Experienced workers, in particular, are always in demand. But for every volunteer hour spent at a construction site, another volunteer spends 15 hours behind the scenes, making this building possible. Volunteers help in designing homes, to selecting families, to soliciting donations. No matter what your particular skills, Habitat can use your help. Call Terri Rausch to sign up (239) 652-0434 ext. 1214.
