Habitat Homeowners
Each month, Habitat for Humanity of Lee County dedicates safe and decent homes to deserving families. At the dedication ceremony, homeowners receive a bible with the family's name engraved on the front cover as well as a candle symbolizing the light of God in their home. Other gifts include an American flag where we have the freedom to help each other and a cookbook for the meals to be made in the new kitchen. The families are given peanut butter and jelly for move in day and the key to their new home.
